Shipping policy


Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive an order acknowledgement email confirming the details of your purchase. It is important to note that the receipt of this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Further information is available in our Site Terms of Use.


Standard Local Delivery
Order Process Place your order online and have it shipped to you.

Your order will be delivered anytime between 9am to 10pm. Time slot delivery is not available.
Lead Time

For in-stock items
Approximately 3 - 5 Business Days (Excluding Weekends & Public Holiday)


For pre-order items
Orders with pre-order items will be processed and packed on launch day. Delivery is approximately 3-5 business days upon collection by our logistics partner.


For backorder items
Please refer to the product page for the estimated backorder wait time. Kindly note that this is only an estimate, and delays in backorder fulfilment may occur.


Once the backorder item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Delivery will take approximately 3–5 working days. Orders containing a mix of backorder, in-stock, or pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items are ready. Partial delivery is not available.
Delivery Fee $10 delivery fee for orders below $250 (nett)
Free Standard Delivery for purchases above $250 (nett)

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery twice. In the event of unsuccessful deliveries, orders will be returned to us and we will notify you via email on the self-collection location. A fee of $10 is required for redelivery.
Tracking A tracking link will be sent once the order is shipped out. 
Delivery Restriction Delivery services are not available for certain locations, including Pulau Bukom, Pulau Busing, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Sakeng, Pulau Sebarok, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Ular, Kusu Island, Saint John's Island, Pulau Brani, Lazarus Island, and other designated areas.

How it works

Order conveniently online and pick up at your preferred store.

Have your web order confirmation email ready when collecting at the store. If you are unable to personally collect your order, your friends and family may do so on your behalf* by bringing a signed copy of the Authorisation Letter along with the web order confirmation email.

* Please be advised that our stores reserve the right to decline any collection attempts in the absence of the requisite documents.

Ready for collection on the launch day in Singapore, unless otherwise specified.


For backorder items
