Shipping & Delivery

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

For more info, please read Site Terms of Use. Another email will be sent to you when we are processing your order as well as when your product is ready for collection or has been shipped out.

Free Local Delivery

We now offer local free delivery, with no minimum spend required. To enjoy the free shipping, simply select the Free Shipping option when checking out.

Delivery Method - Free delivery

Your purchase will be delivered within 1-3 working days after placing your order. Do note that estimated delivery time includes processing time and does not take into consideration weekends and eve of public holidays and public holidays. Orders placed as such will only be processed on the next working day.

Self Collection.

Collect from Paragon after placing your order. Soon, orders may be possible for pick up at our Changi Airport stores on a case-by-case basis. Do note that purchases from www.istudiosg.com are not applicable for tax free at point of purchase. Foreign customers will be charged with GST at point of purchase and will have to personally claim for tax refund at Changi Airport. iStudio is not obliged to claim for tax rebate for the customer.

Restrictions

iStudio sells and ships items only within Singapore. You may not export any products purchased at iStudio. However, you may purchase the product first and then self-collect the order at your preferred store when you are in Singapore. For more info, please read Site Terms of Use.

iStudio sells and ships products to end user customers only. Notwithstanding order confirmation, iStudio may cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased for end use.

Please note that we do not deliver to restricted areas within Singapore, such as:

  • Army Camps
  • Jurong Island
  • Airport (Restricted Areas)
  • PSA Ports
  • Sentosa and other offshore territories

iStudio is not responsible for the loss of or the non-delivery of the order if the recipient is not at the location at the time of the delivery. The onus is on the customer to ensure that they are present or someone else is able to receive the item on their behalf. In the event that they are unable to be there, they can elect another individual to receive/collect the order on their behalf. Please contact us at feedback@istudiosg.com with your order details and the person who will be collecting the item on your behalf.

In the event that there is no one available to receive the order on your behalf, we will bring the order back to our Head Office where it will be available for self-collection during working hours 9AM – 6PM. If a re-delivery is requested, do note that charges may be billed to the customer.

iStudio will not be liable for any damages and/or fault of product(s) upon delivery. We will ensure that all product(s) will be examined carefully and is damage-free before delivery. In the use of iStudio eStore, www.istudiosg.com, You agree that all risk of the product(s) will be passed on to you upon delivery.
